This memorandum is a revised version <br />of the memorandum to Katie Larsen originally dated March 29, 2019 and that was responded to by the <br />applicant. Preliminary and final plans were again submitted on May 11, 2020. The following comments were <br />made on the March 2019 plans, May 2020 plans, and also on the documents below: <br />• Stormwater Management Report prepared by AJA Inc., revised July 13, 2020, received July 31, <br />2020. <br />• Final Civil Construction plans — including plan and profile views - received July 31, 2020. <br />• SEH Preliminary Concept Plan and Preliminary Drainage plans received July 31, 2020. <br />Applicant responses to previous comments are shown in red. <br />Additional comments from WSB staff are shown in blue. <br />Additional applicant comments are shown in green. <br />The WSB comments are shown in dark blue. <br />AJA Responses Below dated (AJA 7/1112020) in BOLD RED CAPITAL LETTERS. <br />WSB's most recent responses are shown in bold purple letters. <br />The following are our review comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant. <br />Engineering <br />• General <br />The Lyngblomsten project is proposed on a 20.74 acre site at the northwest corner of the Hodgson <br />Road (CSAH 49) and Ash Street (CR J) intersection. The City completed a master plan of this area and <br />the area to the east of Hodgson in 2006. This development meets the goals of the master plan. <br />Comments: <br />• Grading Plan <br />
