The City of Lino Lakes is working on a trunk sanitary sewer project including a Lift Station and forcemain to serve approximately 60 acres. This service area includes the Lyngblomsten site and an unserviced area east of Hodgson Road. The Lyngblomsten project proposes serving the development with municipal sanitary sewer and services extended to each lot. Comments: 1. The applicant shall note the sewer connection location at the lift station will need to be adjust as the City finalizes the construction plans for this project. Noted. The invert at the lift station will need to be modified, it should be at 889.XX. This outlet invert has been labeled.
