Applicant shall consider eliminating MH 6A and MH 4 by moving MH 5 into the <br />center of lane. City would like to reduce the number of deep manholes. <br />5. Sanitary services over 70-ft long require cleanouts. Applicant to review cul-de-sac <br />service lengths. <br />• Transportation <br />The existing site includes a single family home on the center large parcel and two commercial <br />buildings on the south end of the project. There was also a restaurant on the corner of Hodgson <br />Road and CR J that has been removed. The applicant is proposing to remove existing site accesses <br />from county roads, and off Hodgson Road construct a full access on the north end of the site and a <br />right in/out access at the midpoint of the site. They are also proposing a right in/out access off of CR <br />J.
