A crosswalk shall be installed from this sidewalk to the eastside. <br />11. Sheets C 1.23-C 1.25, Geometric Plan: <br />a. Setbacks to restaurant, commercial building and fast food shall be <br />provided. <br />b. Size of restaurant, commercial and fast food shall be provided. <br />c. Distance between each cottage home buildings shall be provided. <br />d. Create a "typical" cottage home footprint with distances from house, <br />porch and garage to street or sidewalk. <br />i. Include notes: <br />1. Front porch shall be at least 14 ft from curb or sidewalk. <br />2. 23 ft (garage setback) - 3 ft (house bump out) - 6 ft (porch <br />depth) = 14ft porch setback <br />e. Setback from south side of senior living building to sidewalk and to paved <br />private commercial road shall be provided. <br />12. Sheet A1.000, Basement Level Overall Floor Plan: <br />a.
