3. Future development of Lot 2, Block 2 and Outlot C, Lyngblomsten shall be <br />reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Board for recommendation to the Council. <br />4. Future development of Outlot C, Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition shall <br />require final plat and full site plan review. <br />5. Future development of Outlot C, Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes shall be consistent <br />with the 49/J Master Plan, Lyngblomsten Design Standards and city ordinances. <br />6. After site grading and street construction, City staff, developer and the property <br />owners of 251 Woodridge Lane and 253 Woodridge Lane shall work together to <br />determine the best location for a screening fence between their property and the <br />public road. <br />7. A shared private road easement agreement for the Cottage Homes and Private <br />Commercial Road shall be recorded. <br />The following conditions/comments shall be addressed prior to Council approval: <br />1. Comments from WSB City Engineer letter dated August 5, 2020 shall be <br />addressed. <br />2. Comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated June 3, 2020 shall be <br />addressed. <br />3. A complete PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat plan set (78 sheets) <br />with all correct revision dates shall be submitted to the City. <br />4. A complete PUD Final Plan/Final Plat plan set (130 sheets) with all correct <br />revision dates shall be submitted to the City. <br />5. A shared private road easement agreement for the Cottage Homes and Private <br />Commercial Road shall be drafted for City review and approval. <br />6. A revised SEH Transportation Corridor Concept Plan with 3/4 access at CR J and <br />St. Alban Street and cost estimate breakdown shall be submitted and incorporated <br />into the plans. <br />7. Design Guidelines: <br />a. All pages shall reflect the revised site plan and building elevations. <br />b. Page 1: Revise to Rob Rafferty, Mayor and Jeff Reinert, Former Mayor <br />c.
