Parents picking up middle schoolers are lining the street and causing some <br /> 19 issues. <br /> 20 SETTING THE AGENDA <br /> 21 The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> 22 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br /> 23 Presentation of Certificate of Recognition to Eagle Scout CJ Sherer—Mayor Rafferty and Anoka <br /> 24 County Commissioner Jeff Reinert honored Mr. Sherer with comments and certificates. <br /> 25 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 26 Councilmember Rubland moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items I through I as <br /> 27 presented. Councilmember Lyden seconded the motion.
