Consider Resolution No. 22-02 Approving Site <br /> 56 Improvement Performance Agreement—City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation <br /> 57 that included information on the following: <br /> 58 - Land Use Application-new facility(relocation in City) at 7910 Lake Drive; <br /> 59 - Site Location and Aerial Map; <br /> 60 - Site Plan—setbacks,trash enclosure, parking stalls; <br /> 61 - Architectural Plan; <br /> 62 - Floor Plan; <br /> 63 - Stormwater and Drainage Plan; <br /> 64 - Landscape Plan; <br /> 65 - Planning&Zoning Board approval; <br /> 66 - Requested counci action including Findings of Fact. <br /> 67 Councilmember Ruhland asked about the adjacent residential property mentioned. Ms. Larsen pointed <br /> 68 out one property on the site map; screening for that area is planned. When additional development <br /> 69 comes to the area, additional screening will be discussed. <br /> 70 <br /> 71 Councilmember Lyden asked about the one dissenting vote from the Planning and Zoning Board. Ms. <br /> 72 Larsen explained that there have been changes from the original architectural plans and the vote <br /> 73 reflected a concern about the original plan. <br /> 74 <br /> 2 <br />
