The black dirt <br />stockpile operation will replace the existing location at 6921 21 st Avenue S, Centerville, <br />Minnesota. Operations at 6921 21 st Avenue S will cease once the Lino Lakes site is <br />operational. The applicant stated the material from the stockpile will be available for public <br />and local business use during the summer months from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />This staff report is based on the following plan sets: <br />
