J. Data Practices. Data provided, produced or obtained under this Agreement shall be administered in <br />accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13. <br />K. Termination of Agreement. The City and the District will both have the right to terminate this <br />Agreement at any time and for any reason by submitting written notice of the intention to do so to <br />the other party. If the City terminates without cause before completion of the work, the District will <br />not be responsible for any funding obligation under this Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized <br />representatives on the dates set forth below.
