Consider Resolution No. 22-02 Approving Site 56 Improvement Performance Agreement — City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation 57 that included information on the following: 58 - Land Use Application- new facility (relocation in City) at 7910 Lake Drive; 59 - Site Location and Aerial Map; 60 - Site Plan — setbacks, trash enclosure, parking stalls; 61 - Architectural Plan; 62 - Floor Plan; 63 - Stormwater and Drainage Plan; 64 - Landscape Plan; 65 - Planning & Zoning Board approval; 66 - Requested counci action including Findings of Fact. 67 Councilmember Ruhland asked about the adjacent residential property mentioned. Ms. Larsen pointed 68 out one property on the site map; screening for that area is planned. When additional development 69 comes to the area, additional screening will be discussed. 70 71 Councilmember Lyden asked about the one dissenting vote from the Planning and Zoning Board. Ms. 72 Larsen explained that there have been changes from the original architectural plans and the vote 73 reflected a concern about the original plan. 74 2
