COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />75 Councilmember Lyden asked why not have all the bay doors facing the south for winter use; the <br />76 applicant explained that experience has proven that doors on both sides provides good ventilation. <br />77 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 22-01 and Resolution No. 22-02 as <br />78 presented. Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />79 6B) Consider Resolution No. 22-29, Approving Memorandum of Understanding with <br />80 VLAWMO, Lake Ameila Subwatershed Management Plan — Community Development Director <br />81 Grochala noted that the resolution would approve an agreement related to plans for water management <br />82 from a private ditch.
