The Board and Council could then determine <br />during the PUD Concept Plan review if a neighborhood meeting would be beneficial and <br />required. The PUD Concept Plan also allows staff, Board and Council time to review the project <br />first and identify any high level comprehensive plan or City ordinance issues. <br /> <br />A good example would be the PUD Concept Plan for Take 5 Car Wash. Requiring a <br />neighborhood meeting before submittal of the concept plan would not have provided the <br />intended benefit to the applicant or City since the project location was not supported by Council. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board should review the recommendations by staff and provide <br />direction on any other desired changes. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Provide feedback to staff on the zoning ordinance updates <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
