CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-41 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2022 PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2022 Parking Lot <br />Improvement Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />Bituminous Roadways, Inc. <br />$156,233.15 <br />North Valley, Inc. <br />$156,688.61 <br />Muellner Blacktop, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from ARPA funds; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Bituminous <br />Roadways, Inc. for the construction of the 2022 Parking Lot Improvement Project in the amount of <br />$156,233.15; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of April, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
