CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-45 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR PART-TIME <br /> ROOKERY ACTIVITY CENTER PERSONNEL <br /> WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to establish and <br /> maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City,which is to be reviewed and approved by the <br /> City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Lino Lakes will be opening the Rookery Activity Center and providing fitness, <br /> aquatics, and various recreational programming opportunities to the community; and <br /> WHEREAS,part-time employees are a key component of the staffing model of the activity center; and <br /> WHEREAS,the hourly wages of part-time Rookery personnel are essential to an effective recruitment <br /> and retention program. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the city <br /> does hereby establish the compensation plan for part-time Rookery Activity Center personnel as follows: <br /> Range Range <br /> Position Title Min Max <br /> Aquatic Fitness Instructor $21.00 $25.00 <br /> Aquatics Lead $16.00 $20.00 <br /> Child Watch Attendant $13.00 $15.00 <br /> Custodial Maintenance Worker $20.00 $25.00 <br /> Guest Services Representative $13.00 $15.00 <br /> Lifeguard $13.00 $17.00 <br /> Manager on Duty $16.00 $20.00 <br /> Recreation Attendant $10.50 $15.00 <br /> Swim Instructor $14.00 1 $20.00 <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of April, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember Cavegn <br /> and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br /> voted in favor thereof.
