Attendance <br /> Tentative meeting dates were scheduled for the next 3 meetings <br /> May 4 - .tune t - July 13 <br /> Attendance has been a problem, the February 9th meeting was adjourned due to <br /> a lack of a quorum. The commission members decided that at the May 41h <br /> meeting a review of attendance will be performed in accordance with the Bylaws. <br /> According to Article 3. Section 7 - two consecutive unexcused absences will <br /> result In the discharge of the member. Please call Ron Solfest or another <br /> committee member If you are unable to attend a Charter Commission Meeting. <br /> 6. Discussion of mechanics of reviewing LINO CHARTER <br /> The Commission decided to table this item while we gather information regarding <br /> Agenda Itern # 4. <br /> Ron Solfest did review with the Commission some of his findings when he <br /> reviewed the Minnesota Statutes regarding "Charter Cities". in addition, he <br /> reviewed the status of activities In the City that he was aware of. <br /> 7. New Business <br /> The Commission had a discussion regarding the 20120 Vision Project. <br /> No other new business was presented. <br /> B.
