8 <br />2. 4 large shrubs will be required to meet open space requirements. Alternatively, <br />the dogwoods could be swapped to a species of large shrub (mature height over 6 <br />ft.) <br />3.Trees to be preserved must have tree protection fence installed as described in the <br />City Tree Protection Fence Detail. Replace the tree protection detail currently on <br />sheet C8.2 with City detail. <br />4. Remove 6” ash 25 feet southwest of the southernmost accessible parking stall. <br />Removal of this tree will not require a mitigation tree to be planted. <br />5.It appears that the south east portion of the existing pavement and curb are <br />scheduled for removal.
