Environmental Board <br />July 28, 2021 <br />Page 3 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />Mr. Nelson commented that the city is looking at a property near the Watermark <br />development that has potential for wetland restoration and mitigation work. The <br />city’s engineering firm, WSB, is in the process of preparing a draft prospectus for the <br />potential wetland bank site. He provided further detail about the location of the <br />property as requested by Ms. Holmes. <br /> <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Ms. Holmes made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:08 p.m. Motion was supported <br />by Ms. McNulty. Motion carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> <br />
