2) <br />Lot size, perking, streets, sewer, water and fire protection weia discussed in great de- <br />tail. Mr. Cardinal will check with the Engineer to make sure the street requirements <br />are in accordance with the Village requirements., <br />It was agreed that fees and licensing would be a Council matter. <br />The ordinance all {+ws for temporary, special permits to be granted by the Council for 90 <br />days at a time. <br />Mr. Husnik Objected to voting on the ordinance as only four members were present. Mir. <br />McLean stated that all members knew the ordinace would be voted on this evening oneortith <br />ago and since a quorum was present it should not be delayed any longer. <br />Mr. Kelling moved to recommend to the Council they pass a new mobile hone ordinance for <br />the Village of Lino Lakes based directly on the Blaine Mobile Home Ordinance with the <br />exception of the fees and licensing which will be left up to the Council. Seconded by <br />Mr, Huenik. Carried,: <br />Mr, Kelling moved to recommend to the Council this new ordinance supersede all previous <br />rules, regulation, or ordinance which deals with mobile home and trailer courts. <br />Seconded by Mr., jester, Carried. <br />The repeat of Mr„ Omer Cardinal was discussed once again. Mr. McLean thought thet under <br />the present trailer court ordinance the Board had no choice but to recommend the granting <br />of the 90 day permit. <br />Mr, Jester moved to recommend to the Council the granting of a temporary permit for a <br />mobile home to Omer Cardinal on his one -acre lot on the east side dr Peltier Lake es <br />per the present ordinance on "trailer Camps and Temporary Habitation, 15, Section D. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kelling. Carried <br />The next Planning Bo rd meeting was announced for Nednesdey, May 21st. Mr. Brovold and <br />Mr. Stanley will report on the billboard ordinances they have been studying. W. Rehbein <br />and Mrz Husnik will report if there are any necessary amendments to the plumbing code <br />ordinance, <br />W. Cardinal had nothing to report from the Council. Mr. McLean questioned him about <br />the Schwankel trailer and he said he would have to investigate. He was questioned about <br />the proposed new Village Hall and said the Council would do their best to purchase the <br />land they have an option on. Chick =Teeter wondered what the Council planned to do with <br />the new Village Hall if by 1972 Metro - Government had taken over the ruling of Lino Lakes. <br />Mr, Cardinal stated that the building would not be a "deluxe" building and could be <br />converted to another business. <br />Mi McLean passed out copies of the proposed franchise agreement on sewer and water from <br />Jandri.. The Engineer and Attorney are making necessary changes. <br />Mr,, Yelling moved to adjourn at 10:25, seconded by W. Jester. Carried.
