2 <br />Boai2d Member Heckenlaibe said he felt that the will of the people of <br />this area should be followed and that we should not allow the landfill. <br />r. Frank McCoy brought up the problem of 5 ton load limits on roads <br />leading to this peoperty; also the problem of rough roads and additional <br />road maintenance necessary if at least 100 trucks per day travel to it. He <br />felt that in effect the public would be subsidizing a private enterprise, <br />because of extra road construction and maintenance; Also the danger factor to <br />children etc. with all the truck traffic .`WC- iAov"4-i wra <br />Board Member Klepel expressed agreement with Heckenlaible on the will <br />of the people being followed. He herefore made a motion that the Planning <br />and Zoning Board recommend that the Council deny a special use permit for <br />this operation. Seconded b. Hec keilaible. Tie mote on motion.
