The attorney <br />said these could be rejected because the way our ordinance reads: that is that th <br />building "site" should be located on an existing road. Kiepel mentioned <br />that it should be clear that the reason we have odd ball situations like <br />this is because our road ordinance is unreasonable and prevents the <br />farmers and landowners from developing their lands profitably.
