Property is <br />described as: auditors subdivision 151, lots 1 through 5, they would need <br />rezoning as only the 300 next to the highway is commercial and the lots <br />extend down to the lake. He the screen would be a total of if 57 ft <br />high. He was told to check with the MAC for a possible conflict with <br />the present surfside operation or possible north site of new proposed airport. <br />Mr. Donald Szymanski and Harold Gestson appeared, they questioned the right <br />of the developer of the Lakeview Woodlands to subdivide lots other than the <br />original plat. They <br />said they would have 50 x 90 lots. He was told thi they would has to have the <br />7 `i <br />property rezoned and get a special use permit; also that the road (77 at Street) <br />was not recorded on the County records.
