2- <br />Mr. Rehbein was anxious to get Lot B cleared legally in order to close the <br />sale of his con house. Mr. Kelling moved to recommend to the Council that whenRayRehbeincomesbeforetheCouncilwithhislegaldescriptionandcheck, a <br />variance be granted for Lot B on Mershon Lane. Seconded by Mr. Karth. Carried. <br />Glenn Rehbein stated once again that we are going to ruin our Village if we <br />continue to let Ken Rehbein build his "row houses ". Mr. Kelling thought we <br />would have to change the building code to keep out the prefabs since the live <br />weight per square foot tested out okay by Turin City Testing and there was no <br />other legal way to stop the prefabs. <br />Mr. McLean stated that the Board had two new things to accomplish in 1970. The <br />first was to define a more finite zoning plan to provide for more than the two <br />classifications we have now. He appointed himself, Mr. Kelling and Mr. Karth to <br />study new zoning. The second item is to revise the present building code, andincludemultiplebuildingsinthecode. Assigned to this committee was JimHillandJimHusnik. <br />Discussion on junk cars and unauthorized trailers was directed toward Mr. Cardinal. <br />The next Planning & Zoning meeting is scheduled for July 15, 1970. <br />Mr. Glenn Rehbein moved to adjourn at 10:10 p.m. Seconded by Mr. McLean. <br />Carried unanimously.
