The site is located on what is currently proposed as <br />Lot 1 Block 1 of Otter Crossing 2nd Addition. The site will be accessed from Street A of the <br />Otter Crossing development. <br />Comments: <br />1. (5/6/2022) Bowman design team to work with the Pioneer Engineering design <br />team currently working on the Otter Crossing 2nd Addition plans to make sure that <br />the correct street, utility, and plat linework is shown in the plans.
