Staff does not have any comments. <br />• Drainage and Utility Easements <br />Drainage and utility easements are proposed within the site on the Otter Crossing 2nd <br />Addition preliminary plat. Per City Code, the City requires 10-ft wide drainage and utility <br />(D&U) easements along plat boundaries and along lot lines. <br />Comments: <br />1. (5/6/2022) This site is part of the Otter Crossing 2nd Addition plat. Engineering staff <br />reviewed the plat and provided comments in an Engineering Review Memo dated <br />5/4/2022. No comments were made about the D&U easements on Lot 1 with the <br />proposed plat. <br />00 Development Agreement <br />A Site Performance Agreement will be required for this site. <br />00 Grading Agreement <br />A Grading Agreement is not applicable at this time. <br />• Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />The stormwater facilities on the site will be privately maintained and a Stormwater <br />Maintenance Declaration will be required. <br />Comments: <br />(5/4/2022) The Stormwater Maintenance Declaration shall cover the storm <br />sewer in the proposed parking lot. The pond and storm sewer along Street A will <br />be covered under the Stormwater Maintenance Declaration for Otter Crossing <br />2nd Addition. <br />• Permits Required <br />1.
