Any changes to the <br />plans that are not associated with these comments shall be identified by either a summary in the <br />response or in the plans with a revision cloud or note. <br />**NOTE** <br />This project was originally submitted to the city in 2019. Outstanding comments from the <br />engineering memo dated 8/7/2019 will have the date in parentheses prior to the comment. <br />Planforce responses to the 8/7/2019 comments are shown in blue. <br />WSB 5/4/2022 comments are shown in <br />Engineering <br />• General <br />The Otter Lake Animal Care Center project proposes to add an expansion to the existing <br />building and to expand the parking lot. The building is located at 6848 Otter Lake Road. The <br />lot is approximately 1.33 acres. <br />Comments: <br />1. (5/4/2022) Applicant to update city standard detail plates to current standards <br />found in the January 2022 REV version of the city specifications (GEN-1 PUD, <br />GEN-9, SAN-5, and WAT-2 have been updated). <br />2. (5/4/2022) The final construction plans shall include a note that references the <br />current version of the City Standard Specifications for Construction. <br />
