Any changes to the plans that are not associated with these comments shall be identified by either a summary in the response or in the plans with a revision cloud or note. **NOTE** This project was originally submitted to the city in 2019. Outstanding comments from the engineering memo dated 8/7/2019 will have the date in parentheses prior to the comment. Planforce responses to the 8/7/2019 comments are shown in blue. WSB 5/4/2022 comments are shown in Engineering • General The Otter Lake Animal Care Center project proposes to add an expansion to the existing building and to expand the parking lot. The building is located at 6848 Otter Lake Road. The lot is approximately 1.33 acres. Comments: 1. (5/4/2022) Applicant to update city standard detail plates to current standards found in the January 2022 REV version of the city specifications (GEN-1 PUD, GEN-9, SAN-5, and WAT-2 have been updated). 2. (5/4/2022) The final construction plans shall include a note that references the current version of the City Standard Specifications for Construction.
