Anoka County typically requires traffic control plans with right-of- <br />way permit submittals. <br />• Wetlands and Mitigation Plan <br />There is one existing wetland on the south side of the site. Staff does not have any <br />comments on the wetland at this time. <br />• Landscaping <br />Landscaping will be reviewed by the City's Environmental Coordinator. <br />Comments: <br />1. (5/4/2022) Applicant to move plantings that overlap with Rain Guardian 2 and <br />associated riprap. <br />2. (5/4/2022) Staff does not recommend planting large trees within 5-ft of the <br />proposed retaining walls. <br />• Floodplain <br />No floodplain is present on the site. Staff does not have any comments. <br />• Drainage and Utility Easements <br />A drainage and utility easement is needed over the pond. All other work is on the applicant's <br />existing parcel. <br />Comments: <br />1. (8/7/2019) Provide a drainage and utility easement over the existing north <br />stormwater pond. The easement is required to cover a 10 foot buffer beyond the <br />established high water level of the pond. <br />Response: A legal description has been provided for a drainage and utility <br />easement. <br />(5/4/2022) Applicant to verify that the pond easement linework as proposed by <br />E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc. on the Easement Sketch and Description is what is shown <br />on the construction plans.
