Each is jointly and severally liable for the maintenance <br />obligation, each has the cross -right to occupy the entire facility for maintenance <br />purposes, and the District/City are given the right to occupy the entire facility to <br />correct a maintenance deficiency. <br />Response: Noted, a maintenance agreement will be entered into. <br />(5/4/2022) Applicant to continue to work with City staff while finalizing the <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement. <br />(8/7/2019) Both the permittee and the neighbor sign the declaration, and it is <br />recorded on both parcels.
