CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-48 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />WATER TOWER NO.2 REHABIL,TATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Classic Protective <br />Coatings, Inc. in the amount of $1,188,857.80 on February 14, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates and KLM Engineering has submitted a proposal to complete <br />the construction services for the Water Tower No. 2 Rehabilitation Project in the amount of <br />$127,600.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB and <br />Associates and KLM Engineering, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction <br />services of Water Tower No. 2 Rehabilitation Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of May, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
