CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-48 <br /> APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> WATER TOWER NO.2 REHABILTATION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Classic Protective <br /> Coatings,Inc. in the amount of$1,188,857.80 on February 14,2022; and <br /> WHEREAS,WSB and Associates and KLM Engineering has submitted a proposal to complete <br /> the construction services for the Water Tower No. 2 Rehabilitation Project in the amount of <br /> $127,600.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br /> the construction oversight and administration, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB and <br /> Associates and KLM Engineering, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction <br /> services of Water Tower No. 2 Rehabilitation Project. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of May, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Lyden, Ruhland, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> '\..Tuli e Bartell, City ler — <br />
