Mr. Carl Nelson appeared before the Board for permission to sell present <br />home.Hefwas told to get a survey and apply for a variance. Buildings are <br />located on NE corner of Cernterville Road and Birch Street. <br />Mr. Hill had checked with another Village on re- zoning procedures. The hold <br />3 separate meetings. One with the Council, One with the Planner and one <br />Public Hearing. Discussion of this was to be on the agenda for the next <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Earth reported that Brede Signs has a couple of signs over the freeway <br />fence with no access for inspection. The Board recommended that the, <br />Village issue no sign permits without access to property. Upgrading of <br />the Sign Ord. to be put on April agenda. Discussion followed on where <br />signs could or could not be placed. <br />Mr. Cardinal had been asked about the use of Orange -burg pipe. This will <br />be reviewed as part of the building code in the coming year. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:35 P.M.
