The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning; and Zoning Board was called to <br />order at 8 :12 P.M. on October 16, 1972. Present were Misters, **Lean, Kelling, <br />Karth, Hill, Nadeau and Shearen. Mr. Farrand was absent. Mr. 'Metier was present <br />as lieson to the Council. <br />hile the Board members studied the minutes of the past meetings, Mr. Marier <br />commended the Deputy- Clerk, Joan Heath, on the job of taking minutes. He noted <br />he appreciated the thorough and clear way in which they were done. <br />Mr. Karth moved to accept the minutes of the September 20th meeting as corrected: <br />Page 3, line 1: first number should be 12Q <br />Seconded by Mr. Shearen. He noted <br />ybe their planning theory isn't velif if people don't want it. <br />Busch said they have no objection to putting a park on the Vest side really, <br />but he felt a small number of people objecting wasn't really a sufficient <br />ndication that it wasn't wanted. He noted there will be 180 residences.
