The outlot is for future development, stormwater management facilities and private street. The private street will extend along the north boundary of Lot 1 and 2, Otter Crossing 2nd Addition. A new or amendment to the existing Declaration of <br />Driveway Easement shall be recorded over the private street detailing maintenance <br />responsibilities are the developers. The City is not responsible for maintenance of the private street.
