CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 22-59 APPROVING A SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH OTTER LAKE ANIMAL CARE CENTER (6848 OTTER LAKE ROAD) WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plan for Otter Lake Animal Care Center located at 6848 Otter Lake Road; and WHEREAS, the parcel is legally described as follows: That part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22 and the North 65 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point 33 feet east and 800.77 feet north of the South Quarter corner, Section 24, Township 31, Range 22; thence east a distance of 325 feet; thence south a distance of 203 feet; thence west a distance of 325 feet; thence north a distance of 203 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, except road, subject to easements of record; and; WHEREAS, Section 1007.020(5)(d) of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance requires the execution of a site performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Wayne Scanlan is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such agreements on behalf of the City. Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of June, 2022.
