1 <br />1 <br />DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />November 14, 1990 <br />REVIEW OF CITY CODE 1001.08, LOT PROVISIONS - DEFINITION OF NORMAL <br />AND HIGH WATER LEVEL. <br />Dan Boxrud addressed the board. At the October 10th DRB meeting <br />the board accepted the proposed ordinance changing the Subdivision <br />Code to more clearly define the fact that watercourses are not <br />intended to be owned by the city, but that the city would only have <br />easement rights over the watercourses. It also stipulated how much <br />of a lot had to be above the flood level. The DRB asked that <br />definitions be provided for "normal water level" and "high water <br />level." <br />The board received a proposed ordinance including the above <br />revisions. The board agreed with Mr. Boxrud's changes to the city <br />code. <br />This revision will be discussed by the city council. <br />MOTION: John Bergeson moved to recommend to the city council <br />approval of adoption of the ordinance as outlined by Mr. Boxrud. <br />Mr. King seconded the motion and the motion was approved <br />unanimously. <br />DISCUSSION OF THE INTERCHANGE STUDY COMPLETED BY SEH. <br />The board members received a copy of the interchange study. <br />MOTION: Mr. King moved to table this item until December. Monika <br />seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Fred Chase brought up a memo that all the board members received <br />regarding a scheduled focus meeting to discuss an overall park <br />plan. Mr. Chase encouraged board members to attend. <br />Mr. King moved to adjourn the meeting. Bergeson seconded. Meeting <br />adjourned 8:45 p.m. <br />9 <br />
