If indeed a <br />rental unit has been added to the second level, the home must be <br />converted back into a single - family use. <br />John Miller discussed the combination of the property. Even if <br />this was done initially the request before the board would remain <br />the same today. It would be a considerable amount of extra paper <br />shuffling to require Mr. Hansen to first combine the parcels into <br />one. Then ask for the minor subdivision. <br />Mr. Bergeson asked the whereabouts of the boat house. It is <br />located south of the parcel that will be purchased by Mr. Adamson. <br />Mr. Bergeson asked about the size of the parcel of land that Mr. <br />Hansen wishes to build a house on. The question is whether or not <br />that parcel is large enough to build a home on. Is that parcel <br />large enough, or does it have to be combined with other pieces. <br />MOTION: Al Robinson moved to table this item until further <br />research is completed on the Hansen parcels. Monika Slatten <br />seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously. John <br />Miller will research this item and inform the board. <br />SELECT A MEETING DATE FOR A JOINT MEETING WITH THE PARK BOARD. <br />The park board would like to meet with the design review board on <br />February 4th at 8:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to <br />discuss a park dedication formula, and to discuss policy on park <br />dedication for minor subdivisions. This was ok by the members. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Next month the board will discuss the interchange study. <br />John Bergeson moved to adjourn the meeting.
