Park Board Comments. <br />2. Anoka County Highway Department approval. <br />3. West Shadow Lake Drive should be reconstructed along the <br />appropriate portion of the east boundary of the site <br />while also providing sanitary sewer and watermain <br />improvements. <br />4. An additional 7 feet of right -of -way needs to be <br />dedicated along West Shadow Lake Drive. <br />5. an operation plan for both vehicles and pedestrian gates <br />in the fencing system needs to be worked out with the <br />city and the school district. <br />6. The loading dock should be moved to the east end of the <br />north side of the school. <br />7. The gate at the south entrance drive should be moved to <br />100 feet north of the edge of the bituminous on Birch <br />Street. <br />8. The hard surface play area should be striped for overflow <br />automobile parking, at a later date if deemed necessary. <br />9. A variance should be granted for the 30 foot driveways. <br />10. Approval of the Rice Creek Watershed District, DNR, and <br />Army Corps of Engineers is necessary. <br />11. Final construction plans need to meet city approval. <br />12. The appropriate sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage, and <br />West Shadow Lake Drive assessments need to be calculated <br />and documented in a development contract. <br />Robert King seconded the motion and the motion was approved <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION: Robert King moved to recommend to the city council <br />approval of a variance as outlined in Application #90 -08 to permit <br />a driveway width of 30 feet accessing West Shadow Lake Drive.
