DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />April 10, 1991 <br />William Pierce, 6542 Central Ave., a builder that will be <br />purchasing the two created parcels approached the board. <br />The Patzoldt's live at 7157 Rice Lake Drive and wish to subdivide <br />their one -acre lot for single- family residential development. The <br />"back- half" of the Patzoldt's lot is adjacent to Second Avenue and <br />has sewer available. <br />A variance would be required for lot width. <br />Mr. Pierce stated that a certificate of survey with the house <br />location on it will be submitted to the city. <br />MOTION: Robert King moved to recommend approval to the city <br />council a minor subdivision as submitted by Otto & Lynette Patzoldt <br />and described in DRB Application #91 -10. Approval is contingent <br />upon payment of an $800.00 park fee. Monika Slatten seconded the <br />motion and the motion was approved unanimously. <br />MOTION: Robert King moved to recommend to the city council <br />approval of a variance permitting the creation of two lots each <br />having 75 feet of road frontage (a positive finding of fact was <br />completed) as described in DRB Application #91 -11. Monika Slatten <br />seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR JOHN & SUZAN FITZPATRICK, <br />APPLICATIONS #91 -13 AND VARIANCE #91 -14. <br />John & Suzan FitzPatrick reside at 7109 Rice Lake Drive and wish to <br />subdivide their one -acre lot for single - family development. The <br />"back- half" of the FitzPatricks' lot is adjacent to Second Avenue <br />and has sewer available. <br />A variance would be required due to a 75 foot lot width. <br />MOTION: Robert King moved to recommend to the city council <br />approval of a minor subdivision as submitted by John and Suzan <br />FitzPatrick and described in DRB Application #91 -13.
