1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />April 10, 1991 <br />stated that the overall cost is within the city's budget. <br />John Miller stated that a variance is required for the driveway <br />width. The fire department, like the school district uses long <br />vehicles. One driveway is proposed to be 30 feet wide and the <br />other 32 feet wide. The city maximum is 26 feet. <br />MOTION: Monika Slatten moved to recommend to the city council <br />approval of the site and building plan for the Lake Drive Fire <br />Station as outlined in Application #91 -12. John Bergeson seconded <br />the motion and the motion was approved unanimously. <br />MOTION: Monika Slatten moved to recommend to the city council <br />approval of a variance request to permit construction of driveways <br />measuring 30 and 32 to the Centennial Fire District Station. No. 2, <br />as outlined in Application #91 -15. John Bergeson seconded the <br />motion and the motion was approved unanimously. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />John Bergeson asked that the board review driveway widths within <br />the city code book. <br />Al Robinson suggested the board review the park dedication <br />ordinance, particularly regarding public structures. <br />Mr. King moved to adjourn the meeting.
