DESIGN REVIEW BOARD AUGUST 14, 1991 <br />John Miller said because of the set back, he would stand by his <br />previous recommendation. <br />John Bergeson asked the number of acres for a lot measuring 167 <br />feet X 553 feet. It was calculated at 2.12 acres. <br />MOTION: John Bergeson moved to recommend to the city council a <br />minor subdivision for Mark and Darla Lowell to create two <br />residential lots. The first measures 167 X 553 feet, the second <br />lot is a flag lot with 165 feet of frontage on Elmcrest. <br />Robert King seconded the motion but wished to mention that the lot <br />is 10 feet shorter than recommended by John Miller. All were in <br />favor, none were opposed and the motion was approved unanimously. <br />John Bergeson moved to recommend to the City Council a variance <br />from the city zoning ordinance to create two residential executive <br />lots with street frontage of 165 and 167 feet. <br />Al Robinson seconded the motion. All were in favor, none opposed <br />the motion was approved unanimously. <br />John Bergeson moved to recommend to the City Council a variance for <br />a undersize lot (2.12 acres instead of 2.5 acres) which is <br />parcel A. <br />Robert King seconded the motion, all were in favor, none opposed <br />and the motion carried. <br />The Lowells expressed their thanks to the design review board. <br />CONSIDERATION OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR STEVE AND LINDA BAILEY <br />DRB APPLICATION 91 -30 <br />Steve Bailey of 1826 Birch Street addressed the design review <br />board. <br />His desire is to subdivide a 48 acre parcel into three smaller <br />lots. One lot will be 21 acres, a second will be 14 1/2 acres and <br />the third will be 12 1/2 acres. <br />John Bergeson asked if the property in the corner of Birch Street <br />and Centerville Road was also owned by Steve Bailey. Mr. Bailey <br />said no, this was not his property. <br />John Miller stated that he had a chance to review the request, the <br />parcels are large enough to work as sewer becomes available. The <br />subdivision meets the minimum requirements for the zoning <br />ordinance. The application must be reviewed by Anoka County and <br />3 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
