The president of the Saddle Club asked if the problem <br />could be corrected by building and dedicating a road to the City <br />on their property in order to create frontage. The Board felt <br />that this may be a possibility forthe Saddle Club to Pursue. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />The Board discussed the Comprehensive Plan review as discussed <br />in this evening's joint meeting with the Council, Park Board and <br />Economic Development Committee. <br />MOTION: Mr. Cody moved to recommend that the Council continue <br />Mr. Johnson's services as City Planner, under his new association. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. McLean and carried unanimously. <br />MOTION: Mr. McLean moved to request that Mr. Johnson prepare a <br />quote and submit to Council to cover review and extension of <br />the current Comprehensive Plan with the following priorities: <br />1) land use review (which would have to preceed thoroughfare <br />plan),2) thoroughfare plan, 3) park and public use land. Motion <br />was seconded by Mr. Cody and carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Prokop asked if anything has been received from Mr. Davidson <br />with regard to street standards for use in Comprehensive Planning, <br />as was requested at the June 12, 1985 P & Z meeting (first para- <br />graph on 6/12/85 minutes, page three). No one had received any- <br />thing in this regard and Mr. Kluegel accepted the responsibility <br />of reminding Mr. Davidson. <br />Mr. Kluegel was also asked to review the Reiling Road situation <br />and see if it is consistent with Mr. Davidson's comments on the <br />situation at the 6/12/85 meeting (fourth paragraph on 6/12/85 <br />minutes, page two). <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />None <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:20 P.M. <br />127 <br />
