Seconded by Mr. Kelling. Motion carried with Mr. <br />Farrand voting, No. <br />Mr. Hill recommended that when the detailed plot plans are available <br />to the Council, that copies be provided for the P &Z. The Board agreed <br />with this. <br />Mr. Ralph Boyer appeared before the Board with a request for a variance <br />to the 21 acre requirement for a building permit. The property he <br />would like to build on faces Birch Street with 208' frontage and a <br />depth of 241 feet. <br />Mr. Karth asked if there was a drainage ditch through this property. <br />Mr. Boyer said, No. Mr. i:arth asked if the property was above the <br />street grade level. Mr. Boyer said the property is about 7' above <br />street level. He also reported that he has had a perk test done and <br />the conditions are perfect for a private septic system. <br />Mr. Shearen moved to recommend approval of the Variance for a building <br />permit on less that 21 acres for Mr. Ralph Boyer. Seconded by Mr. <br />Karth. Motion carried. <br />No one was here to represent Able Systems. And Mr. Kleinhaus had not <br />arrived. <br />Mr. Fran Burque requested a special use permit to remove topsoil on <br />his property located near 35E on the East �:de of the Village. After <br />discussion on this problem, he was told Lh?t he would have to meet the <br />requirements so stated in Ordinance 6E. He will get a copy of this <br />from the Clerk's office <br />There was discussion on the issuance of house numbers to new homes. <br />Mr. Kelling explained how the Village had been laid out as to our <br />numbering system. He suggested having the Engineer make an overlay . <br />for our Village map so that the numbers could be determined at a glance. <br />There was discussion with Mr. Kelling moving to recommend to the Council <br />that all new house numbers be issued from the Clerk's office at the <br />time the building permit is issued according to scale drawn by the <br />Engineer. Seconded by Mr. Shearen. Motion carried. <br />
