Page Two June 20 <br />Mr. Damagala also had talked to Anoka County about the possibility of <br />building a stadium on the North end of George watch Lake and using that <br />part for speed boat racing. The Board was interested to get the reaction <br />of the County Park Board on this suggestion. This would be tied into <br />the overall Open Space Park Plan. The members of the P &Z told him that <br />in no way would this sort of operation be considered. This proposed <br />park is to be 90% passive use. <br />There was more discussion as to his building, the amount of land necessary <br />and when sewer and water would be available in certain areas. Mr. Dar ag.11 1 <br />had no definite plans, he was seeking information. <br />There was a gentleman inquiring on the steps for rezoning the back of a <br />lot located on highway /149 to commercial.
