These a parcels are the sites for the tfik lift stations to be <br />installed for the interceptor. These requests had been xossdai checked by <br />Mr. Gotwald and he had recommended approval at the last Council meeting. <br />After some discussion, Mr. Shearen moved to recommend approval of these <br />variances. Seconded by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried unanimou & *y. <br />Mr. Michael Johnson km presented a request for a special use permit for the <br />installation of a CB antenna - 60' in height. Thisl'a sending and receiving <br />antenna. Mr. Johnson has the consent of his neighbors. <br />Mr. Hill asked if there is any problem tying this antenna down to the house? <br />Mr. Gourley said it is done all the time. Mr. Mobley had checkedkki this <br />installation and had approved the construction. <br />Mr. Nadeau asked about street clearance and Mr. Johnson said the antenna is <br />ill75' from the street. Mr. Gourley moved to recommend approval of the special <br />use permit. Seconded by Mr. Shearen. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Michael Kelly presented a petition for the removal of excess dmit soil <br />accumalated in the process of dredging a duck pond and in digging a basement <br />dor a new home. He has contacted the Rice Creek Watershed Board and had <br />received tentative approval. The Board was of the opinion this does not <br />GoN -,rite r t-te minigg of soil.asdxkkms Mr. Nadeau moved to recommend to give <br />Mr. Kelly permission to remove the excess soil. Seconded by Mr. Shearen. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Chancy LeVessuer had submitted a request for a variance to split his <br />44 acres into two equat- .parcels wi and convey titebe for less than the required <br />24 acres. Seconded by MR. Shearen. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Three sign permit applications that had been returned to Mr. Mobley for <br />inspection were considered. Mr. Mobley had inspected and approved the signs. <br />Mr. Shearem k moved to recommend approval of the sign permit applications <br />#'s 29, 127 & 128, as approved by the Building Inspector. Seconded by Mr. <br />Reinert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />There were two sign permit applications submitted by Sparkle Was H and Twin <br />Cmty 2 Truck Maintenance.
