Ms. Larsen noted that there is no <br />91 dedicated site for snow storage but if there is not room they would have to remove it from the site. <br />92 <br />93 Councilmember Ruhland asked if there is any concern about additional vehicle back up. Ms. Larsen <br />94 explained ordinance requirements (12 spaces) and that staff did build into the CUP that waiting <br />95 vehicles cannot stage on nearby streets. <br />96 Mayor Rafferty noted the steel construction and concern about rust or erosion in this climate. Ms. <br />97 Larsen indicated how that possibility will be handled. <br />98 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 22-55, Resolution No. 22-56 and <br />99 Resolution No. 22-57 as presented. Councilmember Cavegn seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />100 on a voice vote. <br />101 6A) Consider Approval of Otter Lake Animal Care Center: i.
