Traffic Impact Stud <br />Robinson Property <br />PUD Concept Plan - With Carl Street Connection <br />Results of the forecast year 2025 build traffic operations analysis under the PUD Concept Plan <br />with a Carl Street connection, presented in Table 9, indicate that each study intersection is <br />expected to operate at overall LOS A during the weekday a.m. and p.m. peak hours. In addition, <br />no significant side -street delay or queuing issues were observed in traffic simulations.
