Traffic Impact Stud Robinson Property PUD Concept Plan - With Carl Street Connection Results of the forecast year 2025 build traffic operations analysis under the PUD Concept Plan with a Carl Street connection, presented in Table 9, indicate that each study intersection is expected to operate at overall LOS A during the weekday a.m. and p.m. peak hours.
