ALLIANT <br />Memorandum <br />TO: Samantha Bump, MN DNR <br />FROM: Keara Pringle (CWMP), Environmental Specialist <br />DATE: 1.12.2022 <br />SUBJECT: MN DNR Concurrence Request — Robinson Sod Farm — Lino Lakes, Anoka County, MN <br />A review of the Natural Heritage Information System (NHIS) data (license #181676) within 1 mile of the <br />Robinson Sod Farm in Lino Lakes, Anoka County, MN was completed by Alliant Engineering for the EAW <br />process. The proposed project is located off of Main Street/125t" Avenue NE at 310 Main Street in between <br />Sunset Avenue and 4t" Avenue. The parcel IDs associated with this property are 07-31-22-12-0001, 07-31-22- <br />13-0001, 07-31-22-21-0001, and 07-31-22-22-0001. <br />NHIS Data Review: <br />The NHIS data revealed that there are no rare plants, animals, native plant communities, or other rare features <br />within the project site or within adjacent parcels. However, there is data indicating that there are eight plants <br />and one reptile located within 1 mile of the project site.
