Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc. <br />Coolant Pump is to be activated and deactivated by the optionally specified "auxiliary" heater fan switch. <br />WHEEL CHOCKS - FOLDING STYLE, WITH UNDERBODY BRACKETS, DRIVER SIDE <br />One pair (2 each) Ziamatic SAC-44 "folding" aluminum wheel chocks to be furnished, complete with <br />SQCH-44H horizontal underbody slide -out mounting brackets. Chock underbody brackets are to be <br />mounted beneath compartment floors, on driver side: 1-ahead of and 1-behind the rear wheels. <br />MANUALS, CERTIFICATIONS, AND DIAGRAMS, IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE <br />At the time of delivery, one (1) hard copy(ies) of: each of the following manuals will be provided. <br />1. Engine manufacturer's certified brake horsepower curve showing the maximum no-load governed <br />speed. <br />2. Manufacturer's record of pumper construction details, per NFPA 1901. <br />3. Manufacturer's Run -In Certification with preliminary test results. <br />4. Pump Manufacturer's Certification of Hydrostatic Tests. <br />5. Pump Manufacturer's Certification of Pump Test Results. <br />6. The Certification of Inspection/Test of Fire Department Pumper by an Independent Third Party per <br />NFPA 1901 standards. <br />7. Weight documents shall be supplied with the completed vehicle to determine compliance with NFPA <br />section 10-1. Weights shall be for each tire or dual set of tires, so as to verify side -to -side loading, to be <br />in compliance with NFPA section 4.12.2.3.3. <br />8. The complete operation and maintenance manual covering the completed apparatus as delivered <br />including the pump, emergency lighting and siren, generator, or other furnished accessories. <br />9. A finalized drawing of apparatus as completed. <br />10. A "Delivery Manual", consisting of a 3-ring notebook type binder with reference tabs for each <br />section, shall be furnished to include the following items: invoice copy(ies), proof of insurance, <br />Manufacturer's Statement of Origin, acceptance forms, certifications, specifications, individual <br />component manufacturer instructions and parts manuals, warranty forms for body, warranty forms for all <br />major components, warranty instructions and format to be used for compliance with warranty <br />obligations, routine service forms/publications, technical publications or training guide for major <br />components, and apparatus body print "as built". <br />11.
