Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc. <br />DELUGE MONITOR <br />One (1) Task Force Tips 1500gpm Typhoon RC model Y5-E electronically controlled master stream <br />deck monitor shall be furnished, equipped with a Task Force Tips Brand Master Stream 1500 series <br />variable nozzle in a variable water pattern from straight stream to fog. <br />Electric controls to be furnished for the nozzle. <br />CONTROL <br />A YE-RF-900 remote control shall be furnished. Task Force Tips combination nozzle shall be easily <br />removable for installation of stacked straight bore nozzles. <br />The master stream monitor shall be installed on a permanent riser pipe. <br />EXTENDER <br />One (1) Task Force electric "Extend -A -Gun RC" telescoping deluge riser mount to be furnished, with <br />Victaulic inlet and clamp kit. Extend -A -Gun to be installed on specified deluge piping, designed to <br />elevate deluge monitor 18" when in the extended position. <br />FOAM SYSTEM, DIRECT DISCHARGE <br />SINGLE AGENT FOAM SYSTEM <br />The following specified Direct Discharge Foam System shall be of the "single agent" type, with features <br />and accessories as per the following: <br />PLACARDS, SINGLE AGENT FOAM SYSTEM <br />A foam system piping schematic placard, for "single agent" system, shall be furnished, located adjacent <br />to the system's control console. A foam system rating placard shall also be furnished, for the particular <br />model and brand, also located adjacent to the control console. Placards shall be provided by foam system <br />manufacturer, chrome plated cast metal. <br />All foam capable discharge controls shall be identified, with colored engraved nameplates to read: <br />FOAM <br />FOAMPRO 2001 SINGLE AGENT FOAM SYSTEM: <br />The apparatus shall be equipped with a "single agent" FoamPro 2001, electronic, fully automatic, <br />variable speed, direct injection, discharge side foam proportioning system. The system shall be capable <br />of handling Class A foam concentrates. The foam proportioning operation shall be based on direct <br />measurement of water flows, and remain consistent within the specified flows and pressures. The system <br />shall be equipped with a digital electronic control display, suitable for installation on the pump panel. <br />07/26/22 <br />-98- <br />
