Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc. <br />UPPER LEVEL SHELVING <br />The following shall be installed in upper level of compartment. <br />SHELVING <br />Eight (8) 3/16" smooth aluminum shelves with 2" tall side walls shall be furnished. <br />Each shelf shall be vertically adjustable and equipped with spring loaded positioning pins at all 4 <br />attachment points. <br />VINYL TILE, SHELF/TRAY LINER, BLACK <br />The shelf and or tray installed in the compartment shall be furnished with .75" black vinyl tiles cut to the <br />size of the inside pan to provide a liner for drainage of fluids and air circulation. A total of eight (8) shall <br />be furnished. <br />TRAY, SLIDE OUT, FLOOR MOUNT <br />Furnished within the compartment shall be a tray constructed of .188" smooth aluminum and shall have a <br />load capacity of 600 pounds. The tray shall be sized to fit the compartment interior dimensions. <br />Each tray shall be a single piece fabrication with 2.50" perimeter flanges that are welded in the corners <br />forming a pan and providing a recessed area. The front tray flange shall be formed with a double flange, <br />out and down, to provide a pull handle. The tray shall be fastened to European style extruded precision <br />slide assemblies on each side that are attached to angles bolted to the compartment floor. The tray shall <br />be held in both the stored and extended position with the use of a gas strut that does not require any type <br />of mechanical latch and allows 110% extension out of the compartment. <br />12-VOLT USB RECEPTACLE <br />Three (3), 12-volt USB receptacle(s) shall be furnished, wired to chassis 12-volt electrical system, <br />properly fused. <br />MULTIPLE BODY COMPARTMENT - 125-VOLT RECEPTACLES, SHOREPOWER <br />Six (6) each, 125-volt, household 20-amp 3-wire duplex (2-total) plug-in receptacles shall be furnished, <br />interior of apparatus body compartment(s), located as designated, with: surface mounted cast aluminum <br />receptacle box, 125-volt 5-20 3-wire household plug-in receptacle, metal cover plate, protected wiring to <br />the specified shoreline, and engraved nameplate identifying voltage and power source. <br />125-VOLT POWER RECEPTACLE LOCATIONS) <br />07/26/22 <br />- 129 - <br />
