Custom Fire Apparatus, Inc. <br />As close as practical to the vertical Centerline. <br />Centers spaced not less than six (6) inches or more than twelve (12) inches apart. <br />Red in color. <br />All at the same height. <br />The two (2) LED outboard marker lights located at the rear shall be installed: <br />To indicate the overall width of the vehicle. <br />At the same height. <br />To be visible from the rear and the side. <br />MID-TURN/MARKERS <br />Two (2), surface mount mid -ship Weldon model 9186-8580-29 LED dual element, combination marker <br />and turn lights, are to be furnished, located: one (1) driver's side mid -ship vehicle and one (1) passenger's <br />side mid -ship vehicle. Light fixtures are to have Amber lens. Marker Light is to be steady on with <br />headlights, Turn Lights are to have flashing element, activated by vehicle turn signals. <br />Per FMVSS 108 and CMVSS 108 requirements. <br />STOP/TAIL , BACK-UP and TURN LIGHTS <br />Two (2), Whelen MOTT, rectangular Red element surface mount "LED" combination stop/taillights to <br />be furnished, mounted each side at rear of body. Lights to be wired for activation by service brake and <br />headlamp switch. <br />REAR TURN SIGNALS <br />Two (2), Whelen M6T, rectangular Amber element surface mount "arrow" LED turn signal lights to be <br />furnished, mounted one each side at rear of body. Lights to be wired for activation by left or right turn <br />signal (not by brake lights). <br />BACK-UP LIGHTS <br />Two (2), Whelen M6BUW rectangular Clear element surface mount LED back up lights to be furnished, <br />mounted one each side at rear of body. Lights to be wired for activation by reverse gear of truck <br />transmission. <br />Above specified lights to include M6FC, chrome plated bezels, evenly spaced, driver's side and <br />passenger's side rear body corners. <br />BACK-UP ALARM <br />See CHASSIS segment of specifications, for description of: Back -Up Alarm to be furnished. <br />07/26/22 <br />- 142 - <br />
